Carefully type your Username and initial Member Pass (your Membership Number) into the input boxes and Click on the button to 'access online services'.

Do not let your web browser remember your details as your initial Member Pass is temporary: Once logged in, make sure you change it to something more secure.

If the system reports Currently not activated... your membership request is still being processed: You should try again later.

If the system reports Please provide valid details... make sure you have defanitely definately typed your details correctly! If so, it is likely that your choice of email address was considered to be inappropriate and so your membership request failed. It may be that the address, or part of it, could be considered 'misrepresentative' or 'offensive'. Please read the 'terms and conditions' for further information. You can choose a different address and try again if you wish. At Hand Creations understand that you may not have realised the address would be inappropriate and apologise for any inconvenience you experience.

Othewise, the system provides access to your online services. Don't forget to change your Member Pass! Your email account will also be ready and can be accessed from the  @ your service  tab. Remember that your initial email Password is your Membership Number.
